Services we offer

Telemedicine (and in-person appointments where needed) are typically scheduled between 8:15 am-3 pm on weekdays with some exceptions.

When you are ready to schedule:

  1. Select the appointment type.

  2. An intake form will automatically launch, which will allow you to provide information to Dr. Jahnke.

  3. For new patient appointments, Dr. Jahnke will review your intake (typically within a few days) and share a calendar for you to schedule your telemedicine appointment. If telemedicine or the appointment request is not appropriate, Dr. Jahnke or her team will communicate this to you.

  4. A deposit is required to schedule. If you must cancel, please do so within 72 hours for a refund. The deposit minimizes no-shows, late cancellations, and allows us to put resources into preparing for the visit (collecting records, reviewing photos, and paperwork).
