Bright Lights Notebook Terms of Service

Bright Lights Notebook is a private internal software tool developed for Bright Lights Pediatric Dermatology. It is available only to authorized users within the brightlightsderm.com Google Workspace organization.

Authorized use

Bright Lights Notebook may be used only for legitimate Bright Lights Pediatric Dermatology clinical, documentation, and administrative activities. Users must comply with practice privacy, security, recordkeeping, and access-control policies.

Patient information

Users may access patient information only when required for their assigned responsibilities. Patient information must not be copied, disclosed, downloaded, or used outside authorized Bright Lights Pediatric Dermatology workflows.

Account security

Users are responsible for protecting their Google Workspace accounts and devices. Accounts may not be shared. Suspected unauthorized access, loss of a device, or improper disclosure must be reported promptly to Bright Lights Pediatric Dermatology.

Availability and changes

Bright Lights Pediatric Dermatology may modify, suspend, or discontinue the add-on or any feature at any time. Access may be removed when a user no longer requires the application for authorized practice work.
